Massachusetts
Massachusetts
is one of the rising stars in the world of wine. Over 30 exciting
wineries and numerous vineyards are catching the attention of wine
lovers everywhere. Gathering from the diversity and steeped in the best
of New England traditions, wines are hand crafted with loving care from
grapes, fruit, berries, honey and flowers.
The most
common grape wine varieties grown in Massachusetts are the vinifera
varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot
Blanc and Pinot Gris followed by the American Hybrids Vidal Blanc and
Cayuga. Massachusetts' wineries present you with a wide variety of
wines to complement a delicious spectrum of native foods. From
aperitifs to soups, salads, the main course, desserts and everything in
between, you will find a delightful selection of choices. Wine regions include Martha's Vineyard and Southeastern New England.

Rhode Island
Rhode

Who We Are: Visit
a winery that is quintessentially Newport! Wine is made in the
vineyard. The Nunes family (brothers John and Paul Nunes are the
owners) has been involved in farming on Aquidneck Island for four
generations. They are dedicated to growing the grapes that make award
winning wines, while preserving precious farmland. The winemaker,
George Chelf, has been with the winery since 1988.

View Winery is a family operation. Phil, the wine maker, began dabbling
